TiVo Anywhere App

I have had 3 TiVo boxes installed (moved from Sky) and have downloaded the app from VM. All works well until I try and connect it to my TiVo box. I get a message saying that there are no TiVo boxes on my home network when they are all connected to the same network via a Powerline.

I have gone through the settings time and time again. I must be missing something.

Has anyone had the same problem?

When did you have the boxes installed? If it's today, then it takes 24 hours for the systems to update before the app will work in full

I had them installed yesterday. They were finally working about 6.00pm and was trying them a couple of hours later.

I will try again later tonight.
