PCS to strike

wwwCivil servants have voted in favour of industrial action over pay, pensions and working conditions, leaving the Government facing the prospect of a strike.skynews.co.uk/pcs strike


PCS have decided to take strike action for civil servants. I think this will now become a very big issue.

Civil Servants have had there pay frozen for two years, l can see a general strike coming - what is your opion.

Let them strike, there are plenty on the dole would love there jobs.

Seriously? Are you incapable of copying and pasting a simple link from the address bar?

The only other sector to have pay rises really is in banking, there are too many people earning below average, and plenty of unemployed who I'm sure would love the chance at a job in the public sector!

My pay was frozen for 6 years then they made redundant.

They should be thank full they have got a job.

Let them strike and then sack them plenty of people out of work would gladly take the jobs so sick of people in certain sectors of work moaning when there are many with worse paid and worse conditions to work in out there never moaning just getting on with it. Hell i wish i could take one of their jobs i wouldn't have to think for a minute about it or moan if i got it. Be thankful you have a job plenty don't and would love too, be happy with what you got even if you don't think it's that good many are worse off.

They are luck they have a job, they'll just have to tighten there belt. Like the rest of us. If we tried to strike or form a union our owner would close the company down (he's about 85ish)
