Still saying the broadband is fine I see, when I have to suffer 20-30 seconds worth of no traffic allowed at times. Making online gaming or streaming a pain in the behind.

Coincidentally, fwiw, I had cause to check this for a segment FEC fault myself today.

Probably not surprising though that BB status still only reflects higher priority/major outages only?
Assuming the new "Status page" is not just a cosmetic tweak and is a pre-req for more functional upgrade then there must be substantially more low priority faults logged on BB than TV/Phone so VM would phase it in gradually on less stressed service first?
There must be a considerable non trivial effort in "sanitising" BB faults from VM internal logging system/server to stream via their firewalls/dmz to public facing webservers even if they are even actively pursuing it in the foreseeable future. Albeit VM had been promising an improved "Service status" wrt BB for at least the last 2+ years!

Certain broadband tickets won't ever show up on Service Status, as they aren't specifically tied to individual accounts as issues.
