TV Choice listings- a total mess!
I have been waiting patiently these last couple of weeks for somebody at VM to notice that the TV Choice listings are totally ridiculous, but as usual, I am having to state the obvious. Why are tv shows no longer listed in their own folder with the episodes listed in that folder? I just went to the 'What's New' folder to find that there are 72 pages of listings- all because every single episode is in that list. I can't even be bothered to sift through to see if there is anything worth watching. I would say it is an improvement on 6 pages of 'What's New' which repeats the same 10 programs, but it isn't really is it. Somebody has dropped the ball big time! TV Choice is usually clunky, but this is ridiculous. Why are there so many issues with TV Choice? Argh!

Re: TV Choice listings- a total mess!
It's something I'll raise tomorrow, but it could be connected to the changes that have been happening this week to the On Demand service i.e extending the availabilty of On Demand content to M+ and L customers

I also noticed how many channels have the wrong TV guide description i wanted to watch a program that's listed when i go to the channel something else is showing for a tv broadcaster its a cardinal sin should be 100% accurate to have wrong channel information but this is quite comen on virgin happens quite regularly who is responsible for correct TV listings

Arrived here this morning!
I like it!
Shame that it's not possible to only show content from your package, but otherwise it works pretty well.

I'm sure part of it is the same reason why channels you don't subscribe to are still in the EPG - so that customers go 'Ooh I'd like to watch X' and upgrade

So there does seem to be an issue with the listing the BBC folder, but can't see it anywhere else?

It hasn't just been this week, the listings have been mental for about a month. I have also noticed that the EPG is often wrong. It is so annoying.

Re: TV Choice listings- a total mess!
So could you be a bit more specific as to where the issues are occuring. I can't just say 'it's mental'

Re: TV Choice listings- a total mess!
Can some one clear up a question, when viewing the TV choice on demand menu it shows M, L and XL do I have to know what package things are available in and look in that package for them?

No, go into the package you have and everything you're entitled to watch will be there for you.

Great thanks pretty stupid showing me every thing for the lower packages then, can understand showing more expensive stuff or stuff I don't yet have as some one mentioned previously, but multiples of the same thing that have been superseded the logic fails.
Lazy coding and design IMHO.
