Just had an engineer out to look at a fault with my 8 year old Ntl modem and he replaced it with the VM router/modem hub and told me that at the end of Feb every customer is getting a free speed upgrade:
10/20mb are going to 50mb
50 are going to 100
and 100 are going to 120.
