Smile Slower package = happy at last

I've been having terrible trouble for months in Brighton, BN1, as have many others, following an upgrade to the 50Mb service. Basically, I was getting no connection speed at all and regularly struggled to open even a google.com page.

Just before Christmas I finally swapped from the Superhub back to an older modem model and reduced my package to 10Mb. This decision was based on a whole variety of comments I had read over the months from posters on this forum.

I have tested my connection thoroughly since Christmas and can happily say that I get 9.7Mb consistently every day.

I'm happy, my GF is happy, and all my connected devices are happy.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone on this forum who takes the time to post their experiences and advice. You've all been incredibly helpful, even if you didn't know it.

Cheers!
