Upgrade costs

Hi,

We current have V+ and a V box and am thinking about getting a Tivo and moving the V+ upstairs and removing the V box.

Is the Tivo 500GB free for existing customers and if so is there an install fee, it so what is it?

Re: Upgrade costs

Be wary if the V+ is going in your bedroom, it comes to life throughout the night even in standby. Stick with the V box if I were you, unless you're prepared to unplug it every night.

Re: Upgrade costs

Do you pay extra for the HD channels on Tivo?
We have a V+ Box and as far as i am aware the HD channels cost nothing extra for the V+ Box.
So if i upgraded apart for the extra £3 a month for Tivo would i be paying £7 as well for HD?

I understand that it is £7 if you want Sport/Movies in HD - normal HD channels are included in the normal price.

MrB
I have been looking at my bills since my posting and it seems that we are paying the £7 for our sports and movies in HD.
We might upgrade to TiVo in the future.
