V+ box problem.

I'm on TV XL & have an Atlanta V+ box. There's about 15 films recorded on it, upon trying to view one last night they all were inaccessable. A screen message said "This show was recorded from a channel that may not be part of your TV package." 2042. After a reboot they all became available again except for one, the earliest I had recorded. I rang 151 where the guy asked me to unplug & replug the box after which nothing had altered. He then said to delete the unavailable film & that things should be OK.
Anyone had similar occurance?

Re: V+ box problem.

A lot of people had this error yesterday. It was caused by a network fault.
