Moving House

Hi,

We are moving house in the next month or so and currently have V+ Phone and broadband.

The new house also has Virgin Media cabling and a sky dish for some reason.

Does anyone know what the process is for moving my subscription to the new house? Will we receive the same hardware etc...? Can we upgrade during the move say from V+ to Tivo?

Finally how much should it cost?

VM will do it for free, they will want to keep your custom. you need to give them 1 months notice if you can. Yes also a good time to get an upgrade

We're also moving soon, so thanks for the question - next bit is:

Do we take current modem/ router etc with us or do we get a new installation and leave the existing stuff in the old house?

And can we keep our phone number? we're only moving a few streets away..
