BT Broadband What a Joke

should get approx 6 - 6.5 MB

so far over the last week I have managed to get 1 speed test @1.2 MB WOW!!!!
All the rest are below 1.0 MB now they run a ballancing system that is (JUST ABOUT) fare enough!!?

but when running Their speed checker it shows that the line is capped at a max of 1000Kbs
Hmmm
Thats 1 Mb

Therefore how can their ballancing service ever give youthe approx 6-6.5 Mb!!? with a line cap at 1.0MB.

and the 3rd world call centre is almost as bad as Virgins'

They Read from scripts and have NO TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER.

Tell me about it, I can't wait untill my virgin install on the 20th! hoping the up to 50 Mb will be a good amount better
