I recently brought a dvd recorder and copy programmes over from my VBOX+ however since i have started doing this my avaliable space decreases on the VBOX at the moment i have 20hours stored however it is now saying that the vbox is full and cannot record. anyone have any ideas.

If your recordings are HD then you will be using 4 times as much space as a standard SD recording, in normal use you can record up to 80 hours but if you record HD then that drops to around 20 hours.
only have a couple HD recordings, rest are normal, its everytime that i copy accross a programme from vbox that the space gets reduced by the length of the recording,

Have you tried deleting the recording, if you have then the box may need formatting which will remove all recorded material so you would need to transfer or watch them first then you can call up and we can format the box.
