Lost SSD bookmark
Hi
I had a link off this forum stored as a bookmark which has recently been trashed.
It was a "how to get the most out of your SSD" type thread in Windows. A very comprehensive guide on what to tweak and settings to use to minimise wear and tear and get max performance.
I think it was specifically aimed at Cosair drives but I cannot find it anywhere.
Does anyone have any ideas where I could find it again?
I am looking to purchase their 240Gb for my laptop, but not until I can re-read this guide.
TIA
WTP

Re: Lost SSD bookmark
IIRC it was something that I posted and it was to do with the following.
Install windows on to a normal sata drive in the laptop
Clone the fresh install from the sata drive to the ssd
Use the ssd as normal
Disable Disk defragmentor
Disable the page file on the c: Drive and put in on to a 2nd drive if possible
