I have the virgin media D-link DIR-615
i am trying to login to the router but cannot what is the username and password

Username: admin
Password: Leave empty and just click login instead.

If that did not work then you are going to have to press the hard reset button for 8 seconds at the back of the D-Link DIR-615 router.

It resets everything including any wireless security settings that are set.
