50 meg, well slow

50 meg, well slow

I live in BB1 area and am getting very sloooow speds I am on 50 meg and usually get the full whack, can anybody shed any light.

In your browser type 192.168.100.1 The User name and password are both "root"

Copy and paste the upstream and downstream pages into notepad and the copy and paste them from there into the forum reply box.

Your modem log could also provide a clue as to the problem.

Other than the high number of Uncorrectable codewords on D/S 3 Your signal levles are OK.

I'd ring in so the line can be tested from their end and an engineer sent if necessary.

As said above the 1000 T3 timeouts require a technician so call in on 0800 052 0431.
