Question Mirai TV

hi,

hoping someone will have an answer to my problem.

My tv has a black box on 2/3rd of the screen. The picture quality is also fuzzy and not really visible. I have tried unplugging it several times to see if that will help but to no avail.

I cannot see the menu screen because of the black box.

Can this be sorted out or is it time to bin this TV and get a new one?

Thanks

Re: Mirai TV

Either the screen or the screen controller is broken. It's most likely going to be cheaper to replace the TV than repair that fault.

Re: Mirai TV

It's broken mate. Unless it's under warranty, you'll have to buy a new one.
