Setting up Webspace for first time..any pointers, FAQ's etc?

Hi,
I am in the process of setting up a website and I wish to use my VM webspace to host it.

The thing is that I wish to use my OWN purchased domain name but use the VM 55MB webspace allocated to me.

Any pointers how I can do this if its possible?

Thanks.

You can point the domain name to your webspace (your domain name hoster will help you alter the forwarding to it). You can't though get VM to use your domain name directly (not unless you have a business account)

Also I believe that the webspace has increased recently, I'm sure one of the regular CS agents who use CF will explain to you the new space limits.

Also remember that VM do not have Mysql/PHP/ASP capability so that really does restrict what sort of website you can put on it
