Hi guys I have just reset my mums laptop back to actory settings as she had something nasty on her system. I have gone to reset her Windows mail but she has lost her webmail password. I have tried resetting it o the VM weste but keeps coming up with an error. Can anyone help me?
You may have been better off posting this in one the VM sections instead of general internet discussion. Also posting what the error message says in full would help.

Call Tech Support on 151 from a Virgin phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other line and ensure that your mum is to hand for DPA purposes and one of my colleagues will reset it for you.
