What causes channels to freeze and judder?
iv checked my equipment and nothing is lose.

Many things.... if the box is overheating, air vents are blocked, connections are loose, network issues locally, regional or national headend issue.

If it continues you will need to report it to VM Tech Support.

I've experienced this in recent weeks - picture freezes, not so noticable on BBC & ITV but certainly on Discovery, Comedy Central and the like.

You should report it to Support otherwise we don't know you are suffering these issues.
