Strange Duplicate Series Record Occurence and more

I have Harry Hills TV Burp on series record on my V+ box and today at half 7 'The Best Of' show was on. My V+ seems to have recorded 2 copies of it, one titled 'Harry Hill's TV Burp' and another titled 'Harry Hill's The Best of TV Burp' but they are the same thing recorded at the same time. Is this just one of those random occurences where the series links at Virgin have set up incorrectly or is it a bug with my V+? Also, I have noticed an increase of channel changing and menu operating speed and haven't deleted anything recently so top marks to Virgin for that if they have done something. What I notice in my Technical menu is an increase in the number of 'Access Notification Received' entries and more oftenly occuring, what has caused this to happen?

SiJ2000 is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: Strange Duplicate Series Record Occurence and more

Not your V+... It happened to everyone who set that to record with a series link.

Most likely a scheduling entry error on the program guide.

Same thing happened to me Ben... it seems it was a technical problem with that particular programme.
