Problems in LE2 3 Area?

Hi all,

Anyone else got their Ready light blinking in the Leicester Area?

I've been offline since Saturday, Virgin are now claiming this is an area fault (took them 3 days to realise?) and have cancelled the engineer I had booked for this afternoon.
It seems my modem can't sync the upstream when I've looked at the logs.

Just trying to see if they're fobbing me off or not.

Thanks

The can be many reasons for the ready light flashing and an area fault is just one, you need to call in again for an update.
