NTL Broadband dropping out at 7pm, SWindon

Hi
I will copy this to Virgin as well. I wonder if anyone could explain why my Broadband has stopped working at approx 7pm for last 3 nights? Tonight I rang support and they said it was a problem in SN5 area (I live in SN2). The connection came up the previous 2 nights during the night and was working in morning, however tonight it only went down for an hour or so.

For the techies amongst you I had a look at the cablemodem eventlog (ntl:250) and it seemed to show the modem was synchronising nut failing to get a WAN IP address via DHCP. (The READY light was constantly flashing).

The service from NTL has been 10/10 in recent months maybe year or so without problem. It is £25 but I don't mind that for a good service. But now I remember why I left the TV for SKY, customer service is REALLY bad
