BT broadband address ? cancelation

hi all ive searched the web but cant find the bt broadband address,as my mum and dad want to cancel their broadband but cant be assed to go through the long process over the phone.

I was going to link you to the page showing the number and also giving a link to email them but it seems the link takes you to the page displaying the packages you can order
I'm not sure if it does some kind of IP detection to see if your a BT customer or its just a case of they screwed it up.... (hoping its the earlier but suspect the latter)
