Ready light keeps going off?

I had this problem a few weeks ago and contacted them, they did a trace on the line and said it was the box in the street, this was a friday and by saturday the modem was fine and had perfect internet for about 4 weeks...

Yesterday the same thing started happening again and the time I have on the net is very intermittant.

I couldn't get on at all last night it was dropping out every 30 seconds....I have taken a copy of my modem configs.

Cable Modem Downstream
Downstream Lock : Locked
Downstream Channel Id : 0
Downstream Frequency : 586750000 Hz
Downstream Modulation : QAM64
Downstream Symbol Rate : 6952 Ksym/sec
Downstream Interleave Depth : taps12Increment17
Downstream Receive Power Level : -9.0 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 30.6 dB

Cable Modem Upstream
Upstream Lock : Locked
Upstream Channel ID : 2
Upstream Frequency : 37500000 Hz
Upstream Modulation : QPSK
Upstream Symbol Rate : 2560 Ksym/sec
Upstream transmit Power Level : 45.0 dBmV
Upstream Mini-Slot Size : 2

I can't see if there is anything wrong there but would appreciate some advice

Thanks

The Downstream Receive power looks to be quite low at -9.0dBmV and I would call up Tech Support for that on 0906 212 1111 and they are available 24/7 as well.

Below is the recommended power levels for both NTL Platforms and you are much lower than both of them. The QAM64 levels.

Bromley (exCable & Wireless) Downstream power levels +6dB to +8 (QAM 64) +2.5 to +5.5 (QAM256)

Langley
(NTL area) Downstream power levels -2.5dB to +2.5 (QAM 64) -1.5 to +2.5 (QAM256)
