Sky Engineer Jobs

Can ne one help.I have applied some time ago for a Sky installation engineer job and the enrolment started this month for new engineers but I have not heard a Thing off them.Ive tried e-mailin them but not response.I was in Telecoms for some years contracting but looking at the alternative in satellite installation.So,back to it,What is the best way to get on Sky or any other satellite co. with limited sat/cable experience but years of telecom ?
