Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody else is having a problem with their e-mail. Accessing via Outlook Express it comes up with a username and password box like it can't authenticate. Also cannot access webmail, email accounts, manage account etc from the virgin media site. It just comes up with an invalid username/password message.
There is this posted on the Service Status page:

Are these the correct problems connected with this issue? I don't know whether I need to contact Virgin or not! I definitely haven't fallen victim to that phishing scam, at the very least.
Oh and I am in the Nottingham area. NG4.
