Question Graphics Tablet Problem

I have this new Nisis Graphics Tablet. Delta Whiskey has one but he must be at work so I was wondering if anyone else has one that can help.

It was working great earlier and now it wants to stress me out.

When i put the pen to write i get a cursor flash on the desktop at the top left, its otherwise invisible until i try to draw with it and then it flashes as the pen touches the pad. this is making it impossible to draw and i dont know how to get rid of it. I tried unplugging the mouse and changing the area on the graphics tablet but it still stays there.

No help on the website its not there, and the numbers dead too

*rolls Eyes*
