Look for a line-in connection on the tom tom. If your Sony is anything like my old one, it has a line-out connection through the headphone socket, but you need to turn it on in the player menus.
yes i want to play mp3's through tomtom.website says tomtom is compatible to ipod so i thought sony would work.
Hmm generally the Tom Tom (if it supports it - not all do) connect to the phone via Bluetooth using the Bluetooth Stereo Audio Profile (not all phones support this)
