lost all the movies channels

Have been on the phone now since 7.30, being passed from pillar to post.

Getting error message saying I am not subscribed - anyone else having problems with the movie channels. Been like this for the past few days, but this is the first chance I have had to call CS

Forgot to say both boxes are giving same message

got through again, and yes India again - went through everything again, and now being transferred again another long wait

I usually hang up straight away if its someone who i cant understand when they say hello. Its not even worth starting the conversation with them!

So did I but I cancelled them.

Took 6 weeks, 2 phone calls and a wrong bill but I think, crosses everything that is crossable, that my request has, at last, been carried out.

Re: lost all the movies channels

We woke up this morning and found the movies had gone from my favourites menu. Had to add them again. Never had that before. All other channels were ok.

Have you tried rebooting your Set Top Box, sometimes selected channels have gone off mine for some reason or another, rebooting should bring them back on to your channel table.
