Csi:ny

When ever CSI/CSI:NY is on channel five, CSI:NY on Saturdays and CSI on Tuesday Live or Recorded are unwatchable constant picture and audio break-up.

Pre RS Errors 0, 1272, 1424.
AGC Signal Level -4dBmV, -5dBmV, -4dBmV
SNR 30.0dB, 30.0dB, 29.0dB
Return Power 42dBmV

Any idea just seems funny it's every time CSI is on and it's only happening on Channel 5 if I go to BBC 1 its fine if I go back to Channel 5 again it's still there.

I've already had two techs out one added a 8dB equalizer.

We also have a two V Boxes and don't have a problem with them

Guess what CSI:NY ends and the problems gone, 95% of CSI:NY wasn't watch able on the V+ box

Re: Csi:ny

I find the audio levels on Ch5 after 9pm tend to be lower than the rest of the evening, whether on cable or aerial....

Re: Csi:ny

Again CSI Miami is on far better than Saturday but still minutes of it are not watch able

Pre RS Errors 161, 0, 1131.
AGC Signal Level -4dBmV, -4dBmV, -4dBmV
SNR 30.0dB, 32.0dB, 29.0dB
Return Power 42dBmV

Again all our other boxes are fine
