Best BB package for pensioner

I just wondered what package I should go for to get my mum on the net. She only wants to suf and e-mail so I don't need anything grand. Ideally I'm looking for a package that gets her a modem (wireless routers etc not needed), and is easy to set up as I'm likely to have her talk her through it on the phone due her being 80 miles away. I am looking to sign her up for a years contract and also loking to avoid connection fees and keep monthly bill under £15 and no phone packages - just straight forward BB.
Any adivce much appreciated.

If it's just email and surfing I would go for the Medium Broadband package, thats 2Mb.

Give them a call, you should be able to get a deal like 3 for £30 (Phone, TV, Broadband)

Re: Best BB package for pensioner

i think if you sign up, the first 12 months are £10 a month for the 2mb service which i was told in some areas is 4mb due to the upgrade, you could give virgin a call to try and wave the connection fees.
