Eurovox Max V-help Pls!

Does anybody have a eurvox max v?

Basically i went to installation-fast installation and after doing this on a eurovox max v box it says channel currently not available- can somebody pls help me, i would be really grateful if you could as the box is not actually mine?

This is not the place to ask this question, eurovox is not a box that is authorised to connect to the Virgin network and the one you have has probably been hit by the keys update issue.
