HD Picture Quality

I had my V+ installed Tuesday and i can't access the V+ features (see other thread)

Today i decided to check out the HD programmes on the On Demand service and the picture is awful all grainy and terrible, its connected via hdmi cable and i have tried 2 cables and still the same

But dvds look fine via hdmi, i know they are not hd but still look good

Any idea's why it looks like this?

Re: HD Picture Quality

Have you tried changing the settings on the V+ box between 1080 and 720? Don't forget to press OK to change them.

No way is that what they said to you? the Cheeky w8nkers.

Murk look for the Torchwood trailer on bbcHD it should be really clear and SHOULD blow you away, its the only thing ive seen on HD that impresses me, when the guys lying down on the floor with the others stood round him in the rain, its the clearest HD ive seen so far, but then watch as the clip goes onto a part where a cars driving down the road with the girl running after it, the clip goes all fuzzy again, so it must depend on what Camara they use.
