v+ interactive/Virgin Central in Stoke on Trent?

Since having my V+ box installed about 3 weeks ago I havent been able to use any of the 'press red' interactive features.
Got the mailshot about virgin central through the door this morning, went to 119 which was showing, press 'red' and it just says 'Please Wait, Loading' and then times out after a min or so and goes back to the picture.
Does the same thing on BBCi etc.
I can receive all VOD fine so

I telephone CS who said 'theres a problem in your area with VOD so that will stop the red button working'. I told her that VOD was working in my area, just not the red button feature but she still insisted it was a VOD problem which was listed on their database and should be fixed within a day or so.

Is anyone else here in stoke on trent having the same problem? or do i need to call back CS and tell them they are wrong!.

Think i may have to call CS back in a few days when the VOD error disappears from their system. They just wont listen with that there, keep on saying its a VOD problem in your area.
VOD works fine apart from pressing 'red' on virgin central.
Can I access virgin central any other way apart from pressing 'red'?

My Virgin Central & VOD are both not working. I just get an error message unable to connect to those services.
