Even funnier my gf phoned now and it was about the bill.. effing joke.. What did he say the password does not work in this department.. but yesterday I paid with the password.. we can at least give it now the name "virgin service". I am kinda interested if they finally will get the address now correct after 7 years..

I assume it's some outsourced callcenter. My gf said he said he hasn't access to the password. The bills are paid, they just seemed to be unable to get the address and the name correct so it kinda depends on the postie's cleverness .. if a bill actually arrives.
NTL lost us once in their database .. issues issues issues..

At least the internet works usually reliably, if it was for the customer service I would have left them ages ago..
It seems the internet people are reasonably qualified maybe all techies. Although the software on the box is a disgrace.. but that might be the accountant department giving them cr@p hardware to work on.
So the techies are good everything else has major flaws imo.
