How do I enable voicemail on my Langley line?

- please can you tell me how to turn on 'free' voicemail on my langley area line DN35?

Hi Gaz
You need to ring C/S and ask them to add it onto your line for you, it is certainly free but not something you can "turn on" yourself as it needs to be activated at the switch

Zingle, I would say that you should save the hassle and get yourself a bird who can take your messages for you but as Punky will testify it's not a service that is FOC so stick with ntl !!!!

But having a bird is like NTL ,it will always end up costing you more than you expected/should, leading to complaints
