On Demand Menu

None of the options on my On Demand menu seem to work. I cant call up any info on Front Row etc. Any ideas?

Try unplugging your box, waiting 10 seconds then plugging it back in. Then try again and see if it works.

Also try the Page Up then Page Down the Blue button, this gives a status page. If the STB does not have an IP address then it is not likely to work.
