Web browsing down in lichfield

I guess the transparent proxies have gone down for the lichfield area, as i cant browse the net at all using my NTL line, but all other services are working fine. I also tried telneting to a website using port 80 and got no reply back.

Nope, all proxies in Birmingham are ok at the mo. (10:38am)

EDIT: Infact can see them servicing loads of requests and thousands of packets/second going to them.
