Clean install of RAID 0 array on Gigabyte K8NXP-9

I'm going round to my friend's tonight to do a re-install of Windows XP.

This time we want to do it onto RAID 0. We couldn't get it to work last time.

I know that we need to sort a floppy out for at the f6 prompt but there doesn't seem to be the correct software on the Gigabyte site. For instance, the only file that will fit on a floppy is the SIL raid driver and is an exe. When you try and run it, it mentions a license key failure ?!?

Can anyone help us out?

Other sites I have looked at seem to suggest that you have to e-mail Gigabyte for these files but I'm not totally sure.

Which controller is best to use, the nvidia or SIL one?

Does anyone have a copy of the correct driver?

Thanks very much.
