Compact Flash for Canon A85.....

Hi, I like some to buy a 512Mb Compact Flash card and I don't know which one I should get. Everywhere sells it and the choice is VERY large. Anyone got any opinions on which should I go for ?

They're all pretty much the same, aria.co.uk are doing a PNY one for less than 30 quid.

Lots of info about Compact Flash here:
http://www.robgalbraith.com/

Look in the CF database.

I have a 512Mb LexarMedia 40xPro (or rather I don't, 'cos Mrs A's gone off to India with it in her A60). It came complete with a USB reader which is useful and wasn't an awful lot more expensive than the cheapo brands.

Par examplement:

Re: Compact Flash for Canon A85.....

you can probably get cheaper, but for fast reliable delivery & excellent customer service I'd try Crucial

Re: Compact Flash for Canon A85.....

check the max speed your camera can handle, some cameras (i dont think yours does) need faster compactflash cards to take advantage if the fps rate
