NTL billing hassles

OK I posted previously about this, since NTL swapped account numbers over we have had nothing but hassle and trouble with NTL.

I came in today to find a letter telling me my services were suspended despite several reminders.

A) Not one reminder has been received at my address.
B) NTL have cancelled my DD, and this can be proven after consultation with my bank.
C) I cant even get NTL on the phone now till Monday to inform them to come and remove all NTL services from my property.

I've finally been pushed too far, AS of whenever I can get NTL to close my accounts, I shall cease to be a customer. Further to this I have already spoken to my parents and in laws and they are considering the same action.
I'm fairly proud to say that due to the assurances of persons at NTL teesside not to pay my bill in full because I would be charged twice, I now have a letter threatening me with a collections agency.

Sorry NTL this little piece of outstanding customer services, with a 10 year DD paying customer that has due to YOUR fault missed one single payment, has just cost your company a regular income in the region of £400 a month.

See ya later you sad and pathetic excuse for a company.
