Re: Deleting IE?
You could do it the M$ way:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...;EN-US;q293907
Though, back in the days of Win98 I used "98lite" now known as http://www.litepc.com/ which did a good job of removing IE. Be aware though, that with its removal, you also lose some functionality in Windoze Explorer. In addition, if you use Windoze Update, you will probably have to reinstall IE to download the updates.

Re: Deleting IE?
Can you not just delete the icon from your desk and forget all about it?

Re: Deleting IE?
i have windows XP, and yeah, i could delete the icon from my desk and forget about it, but that's when my rare 'bouts of OCD will kick in, haha, and i'll know it's there and i can't get rid of it and it will bother me, haha, so, i could, but it would still bother me

Re: Deleting IE?
oh and if i have to reinstall IE, i won't mind, but i'll need somewhere to find the installation file, beause it came automatically on my computer, so i don't really have an install file for it...
