Sky Sports Extra and the Family Pack

I gather that Sky Sports Extra is included free with the Sky Sports Collection, or £7 as an add on premium channel.

But Why have ntl included SSX in the Family pack of the 'latest' brochure?
(Page 14, 'Midlands Welcome'
A4 size, purple
'Welcome to ntl; Your giude to your internet, phone and TV Services'
issue CSB3083/CSM0009/0404/V3/MIDLANDS)

I think it is the current new customer official welcome pack, and consists of 27 pages in total

Is there any legal representation to be made here, if they are advertising the channel, but not supplying it?

Might be simple type error mistake & as far as I know it still is as either a: add on channel or B: comes wit sports collection or sports channels
