TV & Broadband DEAD

Both my broadband and all TV channels are not working, anybody in my area (SK10) experiencing the same problem? I have a feeling that my STB is faulty.

Re: TV & Broadband DEAD

Have you rebooted the set top box?

Switch it off at the mains, wait one minute, then switch it back on again.

Re: TV & Broadband DEAD

I had STB problems on Friday after I came home from work, I had to go through 2 resets and it still wasn't right, so I left it for 30mins and watched normal terrestial TV and later on it was back to normal. Probably just a temporary thing. I hope lol
