CAK = Conditional Access Kernal. It is the Nagra code that
deals with purchases, and for that matter anything to do
conditional access. A call back attempt is when the CAK code
attempts to send back purchase information to the ntl billing
servers. This code is not an error and is for information only.

These errors relate to the Samsung code in the STB. If
one of these errors occur please make a note of it and
let DTTS know including the circumstances of the fault if
available. If the error occurs on a regular basis. Change
out the STB. Please contact DTTS so that we can
arrange to collect the STB for analysis.
