When I delete files none move to the recycle bin. When I check properties the box to delete files without moving to recycle bin is not ticked but files are still just deleted ???
Possibly the size of the recycle bin is set too small it sets by default to 10% of available disc space on your HD if the files are greater than this then they are deleted right away try increasing the size allocated to the recycle bin.
