Slow BB Mcr

Been getting slow response while browsing so done a speed test and its the slowest its been,

485.5 kilobits per second

Ran the test here http://bandwidthplace.com/ but done this in the past and always had higher than this

Anyone else in the manchester area had this problem?

i get 140.7 kilobits per second on a 150k am in Mcr

554.8 kilobits per second here. 600k via STB. Using that test.

4th 128K took 1812 ms = 72336 Bytes/sec = approx 602 kbits/sec

2nd 128K took 1820 ms = 72018 Bytes/sec = approx 599 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 1810 ms = 72415 Bytes/sec = approx 602 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 1980 ms = 66198 Bytes/sec = approx 551 kbits/sec

just done the robin walkers too and i got

2nd 128K took 16590 ms = 7901 Bytes/sec = approx 66 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 19170 ms = 6837 Bytes/sec = approx 57 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 16700 ms = 7849 Bytes/sec = approx 65 kbits/sec

surely something is not right here
