Broadband on both STB's

We have 2 set top box's, one downstairs and one upstairs.

1. is it possible to for example, we have 1mb, is it possible to have 1mb on both stbs but only pay £34.99?

2. or just have 1mb on both and pay £34.99 twice?

So you can only have one bb feed into any given house?

yes, unless your an ntl: business customer, in which case you would be recieving xDSL anyway not cable.

If the two STBs are on the same account, then you will only be able to get broadband on one of them.

If the two STBs are on different accounts, then it's possible to get broadband on both separately. The downside of this is that you'll have to pay full whack for both boxes -- you can't claim one on the £15pm 2nd box deal.

I think the best solution would be to get BB on one STB and get a router...

Im pretty sure ntl: business utilizes xDSL technologies and not cable technologies. Its probably their way of trying to say that their business services are different from the likes of BT.

In the celtic region you are allowed more than 1 cable modem per house.

This is just a recent change.
