UBR issues?

Hi all,

been using ntl bb since it was available in bracknell and been very happy i did go 13 months of non stop phone calls/emails to ntl complaining about a ubr issue as i had a high ping all the time (1000+) and i know it was nothing to do with my setup ..

anyway they gave me a couple of months free that was about 2 years ago now ...and the problem seems to be back its not 100% of the time the reason i think its the UBR being a bit busy is that its fine late at night and during the day when people are at work but 6-11:30ish are a nightmare (oh and all weekend)

now the tracerts to say bbc dont show up anything to bad i do get the odd time out on one hop or a time over 100 normally if it was a bad problem id expect them to be a lot worse ..

anyway i was wondeirng if anyone could have a look into it for me
