Loss of telephone service in BN13 ... 6 days and counting
We lost our NTL telephone service last Friday (15th). I've called Customer Services a few times, and there is a recorded message saying that there is a fault in our post code area (BN13) and engineers are working on it.
Does anyone have any more information about the nature of this fault, and how long it will take to fix ?

Still out of action - it's been a week now. I can't get through to Customer Services without holding for what seems like an eternity, and I suspect they would just repeat the info recorded message.
Anyone within NTL reading this ? Can you shed any light on the problem ?
