ntl tech support!

ok guys... internet was working fine this morning... come home and the READY light doesnt come on!

rebooted and all... still didnt work...

called 150.... went to tech support through that... there was an option via faults!

amazingly they got the internet working from updating something?

Reason behind this post???

one is to praise ntl . Very nice, quick solution, although the internet really shouldnt have stopped working!

Also... a call to 150, and going to tech support through that, does it cost anything? AFAIK a call to 150 is free, and the bband tech support was just an option through there?

there was no mention of "this call costs £x.xx per minute!"

Any replies appreciated!

Re: ntl tech support!

there have been a few posts amongst the board mentioning that 150 and 151 are working again now - perhaps a mod would be so kind to make a sticky or something?
